TVM Facilitator Training

SOMATIC HEALING

Transformative Body-Based Trauma Healing

Upcoming trainings:

November 9-24, 2026 Palomino, Colombia

January 7-22, 2027 Palomino, Colombia

What is TVM?

TVM is a body-based modality which builds the architecture of safety.

Safety is the key to re-patterning trauma.

Trauma is the locked door against the life you’re dreaming of.

Using TVM, practitioners facilitate safety through listening to the consciousness of the body of their clients. Engaging with the body’s fascia, within it’s boundaries. Flooding the whole system with therapeutic levels of oxytocin, rewiring trauma to safety. Guiding the nervous system between sympathetic and parasympathetic states, building vagal tone by reminding the body it has survived past events. Practitioners co-regulation safely guides their clients nervous system through the intensity of the past, back to the safety of the present moment.

I came to Crystal Rainbow when I was in full nervous system shutdown. My symptoms were so intense that I ended up in the ER…

genuinely believing something was seriously wrong with me — when in reality, it was severe anxiety and disregulation.

Through the Triple Vagal Method™, Crystal Rainbow helped me regulate my nervous system in a way I hadn’t been able to do on my own. Her sessions are grounding, calming, and incredibly supportive. Beyond the physical regulation, her words, affirmations, and guidance are deeply reassuring and helped me feel safe in my body again.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, out of control, or stuck in anxiety, I truly can’t recommend Crystal Rainbow enough. Her work is powerful, compassionate, and genuinely healing! My sessions with Crystal Rainbow were very fulfilling.  She applied an insightful and nuanced approach to help me explore deeper-rooted memories and issues in my life.  As a self-admitted perfectionist always driven to “succeed” in everything, I have often found myself on autopilot in all aspects of my life, always telling myself that I have to complete a preset list to achieve things.  Crystal Rainbow helped me unpack this in just a few sessions, and helped me begin to re-frame my perspective on my career, personal relationships, and my self image.

If you are curious about TVM™ and its effectiveness, I can't recommend Crystal Rainbow Mort enough. Just try it for yourself!

I've worked with a lot of modalities and practitioners over the course of two decades of personal trauma-healing work. I've done talk therapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR, yoga, meditation, and others.

Though all have their merits, none of these matches the depth of healing and release I have experience with TVM practitioner, Crystal Rainbow Mort. First of all, the modality itself is powerful. More importantly, Crystal Rainbow is very skilled in the practice. From our first visit, she was both professional and compassionate. She put me at ease as she learned about my history and presenting issues.

By the time the actual session began I felt very comfortable and safe. The session itself was incredible. In just one session, I felt my body letting go of years of tension and the residual stress of past traumas. I felt light and joyful as I left her practice space.

Subsequent sessions have been just as powerful and I feel layers of remaining trauma response being dissolved much more quickly than I thought possible. I feel more energy, less stress in my body, and more emotionally balanced as we continue our work together. I'm looking forward to more sessions.

If you are curious about TVM and its effectiveness, I can't recommend Crystal Rainbow Mort enough. Just try it for yourself!

The Triple Vagal Method™

The Triple Vagal Method™ is a body-based somatic trauma transformation method that aims to release and heal trauma by increasing vagal tone through physical manipulation of the main branches of the vagus nerve. TVM™ was developed after 9 years of applied research and thousands of documented sessions and is currently undergoing studies for medical documentation.

TVM is a modality which facilitates trauma re-patterning and embodiment through engaging the fascia of the body. We know the body is conscious and we interact with it this way. We flood the system with oxytocin, creating safety. We move the nervous system through its range of motion, building vagal tone. We maintain presence as the trauma is released and neuroplasticity takes place, rewriting the mind body connection to survived and safe.
